AOE2TRACKER

Your account, your access.

Discord sign-in shares your Discord user ID, display name, username and avatar with AoE2Tracker to check public or internal app access. We do not request email, messages, friends, or server membership. We store your selected app mode and product plan with your account.

Sign-in requests expire after 10 minutes. Application sessions expire after 30 days or can be revoked by signing out. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit sign-in requests. Expired sessions and grants inactive for 30 days are cleaned daily. Discord access and refresh tokens are encrypted on the server so authorization can be renewed and checked without repeated sign-ins. Update downloads require current account access.

The public app does not publish or display shared live match HUDs. Your locally recorded match summaries and progress history stay on your computer unless you choose to export them. Public accounts cannot view internal broadcasts or download internal releases.

Internal mode is available only to separately approved internal accounts. While an internal companion is signed in and in a live match, player names, civilizations, resources, worker counts, population, army composition, buildings, production and upgrades are sent here about every five seconds and are visible only to approved members who have selected internal mode. Switching to public mode withdraws your current broadcast. Only the latest summary per broadcasting account is kept; it disappears from viewing after 60 seconds without updates. Expired records are deleted on subsequent publishes or by the daily cleanup (within about 24 hours). Leaving a match or signing out requests immediate removal. Raw memory dumps, local diagnostics and credentials are not part of HUD sharing.

If subscriptions are enabled, the payment provider handles payment details. AoE2Tracker stores provider customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and the date through which your plan is active; it does not store card numbers.
